This is Anna's mom reporting from Granada, Nicaragua. The trip over was fine and everything went without any hitches. We've planned our week's activities and are leaving tomorrow for Leon and surrounding region. I'd forgotten how beautiful this part of the world is and as I disembarked from the plane to meet up with Anna - the warm, moist, tropical air enveloped me and the sight of the volcano in the distance confirmed that indeed this will be a wonderful vacation.
